Mikyas' Journey from Ethiopia to Management Consultant
Working as a consultant for 6 years, Mikyas learned techniques for strategy execution, business model redesign, and program management to drive lasting change in organizations. Mikyas believes DEI programs can be more impactful if they are a core part of work, not just a bolt-on program.
Mikyas was born in Ethiopia, got his MBA at Northeastern University, and started his career as a consultant and transformation project manager with Accelare after they sponsored him for permanent residency.
